The Multicultural Education Center assists in fulfilling the university's goal of increasing respect and understanding for people of diverse backgrounds and cultures by:

  • coordinating and developing diversity training,

  • assisting faculty with curricular and pedagogical changes that promote diversity,

  • facilitating discussion groups, and

  • sponsoring speakers, exhibits and events.

 

The center is open to the public -

Monday - Wednesday 8 a.m.-8p.m.

Thursday - Friday 8 a.m-5 p.m.
