DIVERSITY ORIENTATION FOR NEW STAFF

This two-hour workshop reviews definitions of diversity, introduces new staff to CMU's diversity goals and initiatives and examines the benefits of diversity for people of all backgrounds. The workshop ends with a brief outline of the history and culture of the Saginaw Chippewa Tribe and of the "Chippewa" nickname at CMU.
