EMPLOYMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
 
The Upward Bound and GEAR UP programs at Central Michigan University are accepting applications for its 2004 Summer Academy.  Positions available include:

 ü      Math, Science and English Instructors (3 weeks on campus)

ü      Social Worker/Counselor (5 weeks:  2 weeks @ Detroit location & 3 weeks on CMU campus)

ü      Reading Instructor - will also teach college themed workshops (2 weeks @ Detroit location)

ü      Daytime Mentor 

ü      Evening Mentor

ü      Security Guard/Hall Monitor

NOTE:  Upward Bound & GEAR UP will run two-week programs in Detroit and Flint respectively, from June 14^th - June 25^th.  Programs will then move to CMU for the residential component beginning June 26^th - July 18^th.  There will be an additional one (1) week Out of Class Learning Experience Fieldtrip for selected staff members during the 1^st week in August.  More information will be provided during the interviews.
